My name is Lerin Lockwood & I am a high school art teacher & multi-sport coach. I use my hands A LOT though out the day and I have several occasions where I have to take off my small jewelry, including my wedding rings. When I’m teaching, working out in the weight room, or on the field or on the courts, I have to take my rings off to avoid scratching them or bending them. I was once on the softball field & had to catch in for our outfielder's last minute. After catching a ball from our center fielder, I felt a sting in my ring finger. I removed my hand from my glove & saw the ball had bent my engagement ring, causing it to flatten into my finger & even worse... it knocked out a stone and I couldn’t find it. I made the call to my husband & his response was, “I think I’m going to be sick.” We never wanted to have that feeling again, so I began to look for places to keep my ring when I couldn’t wear it. I tried all sorts of places- my purse, wallet, placing my ring on my necklace, even my keychain carabiner, but all of these solutions still left my rings exposed to objects that could damage them, like keys or change I needed a protective, convenient & consistent place to keep my rings from being damaged or lost, that could still give me peace of mind while I was hard at work or play. Also, I needed something that wouldn't come unscrewed or unzipped like all of the other products made for storage. That’s when I decided to do something myself, so I developed the Lion Latch.

When will my order ship? Orders usually ship within 24-72 business hours, but can take up to 5 business days to be processed and shipped. Weekends and holidays are excluded from processing and shipping times, so please account for non-business days when placing your order. You will receive an email with tracking information when your order has been shipped.
How will my order be shipped? Orders shipped within the United States are shipped via USPS, FedEx and UPS.
What do you charge for Shipping?
Standard Shipping is $8, for orders under $100 USD (estimated delivery is 7 to 10 business days)
Orders over $100 shipped within the United States qualify for FREE Standard Shipping
Expedited Shipping is available on all orders for $20 (estimated delivery 3-5 business days)
(All orders over $200 will require a signature for delivery)
Do you offer Expedited Shipping? We do offer Expedited Shipping for $20 - estimated delivery is 3-5 business days. Orders placed after 3:00pm EST will go out the following business day.
Once I've placed my order, how long will it take to arrive? Orders are typically shipped within 3 business days, and standard Domestic Priority Shipping orders typically arrive within 5 to 7 business days. You will be emailed a tracking number once your order has been shipped, allowing you to track your package progress and obtain a scheduled delivery date.
How can I track my order? Once your order has shipped, you will be emailed a tracking number. Tracking will be available 24 hours after your order is shipped out. You can view the progress by tracking your package at USPS.com or UPS.com. How do I change my shipping address once my order is placed? If you have entered an incorrect shipping address, please call us as soon as possible at 567-674-1759 or email so that we can correct your address before your order has been shipped.
What happens if my package is unclaimed or refused? If your package cannot be delivered or is unclaimed or refused, you are responsible for the following:
Original and return shipping charges
The amount of these charges will be subtracted from your merchandise refund.
OUR EXCHANGE & RETURN POLICY
We know that you will love what you ordered but if something doesn't work out, we will gladly accept unworn, unwashed, unaltered, or defective merchandise in new condition with all labels still attached for return or exchange within 14 days from the arrival date. Unless you are processing an exchange, $8 will be deducted from your refund for return shipping. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Returns after 14 days, and within 30 days, are store credit only.
Your refund will go back to the original method of payment used to make the purchase. We usually process returns quickly, but just in case, please allow up to 5 business days from when we receive the items for your account to be refunded.
Due to the high-volume of orders we receive, we do not technically do exchanges. We are unable to guarantee the item/size you need will be available once your return is received. Therefore we suggest placing an order for the item/size you would like and sending the previous item back for a full refund!
If you received defective merchandise, please contact our customer service department within two business days so we can correct the issue.
"Final Sale” means the specified items are not eligible for return or exchange. All redeemed rewards points are final. Redeemed rewards points are not added back to your account when making a return or exchange. Flash Sale, Clearance items, Jewelry, Hats, Belts and Gift Certificates may not be returned.
